Granite kitchen fully equipped with basic appliances (Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Blender, Stove, Microwave), as well as dishes, glassware, among other essential kitchen items.
Dining room for 6 people, Living room with TV, and a small balcony with a garden set to enjoy the wonderful views.
On the second level you can find 2 bedrooms (King and 2 singles), 2 full bathrooms and a beautiful terrace overlooking the common pool.
It also has 2 pools and a palapa in a common area for a fun stay. To enjoy the area it is necessary to use elevators.
For use of the recreational areas and swimming pools in common exclusively of the condominiums, you must pay a bracelet per person in the amount of $ 100.00 Pesos which is valid for your entire stay.
This amount is not added to the entire rent.

San Pedro Island is a steep, rocky island covered in large cordon cacti on the upper slopes and a layer of white seabird guano on the lower slopes. Sea lions frolicked in the surf and sunned themselves on rocks.Even if you don't want to venture into the water with the sea lions, watching them from the comfort of a tour boat is almost as rewarding.We were lucky enough to have a pod of dolphins swim alongside the boat and play in its wake. The chances of spotting dolphins on a trip to San Pedro are high as they often feed in the water between the island and the mainland. Sperm whales also often gather close to the island to feast on the large squid found in these waters.
At the Mirador San Carlos, it's all about the views from sunrise to sunset. You can spot whales, rays and many birds from here. The view up the coast is spectacular with Tetakawi dominating the scene. The Mirador gives you a fantastic vantage point for viewing the beauty of San Carlos and the twin-peaked Tetakawi, especially during sun-sets.

Lower rates are often in effect for certain days and times. There are both men's and women's leagues and several tournaments throughout the year. There is also a driving range.
Other Amenities: semi-Olympic sized swimming pool, restrooms, pool-side bar, restaurant, lounge chairs. Nice view of golf course and out to sea. You don't have to be a member to buy a day pass or to eat at the Caddy Shack restaurant. A day pass to use the pool costs 30 pesos per day.
